Q:  Can you customize a canopy from iCanopy?
A:  Yes!  iCanopy has various customization options available.  From silkscreening to digital printing, we can do it all!  Click here to view our Custom Options for full details.

 

Q:  What is iCanopy’s return policy?
A:  Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. All delivery dates are kept on file here at iCanopy. If you are unsure of your delivery date, put your tracking number that we emailed you into the tracking mechanism at www.ups.com and you can confirm it. Returns accepted and/or received after 30 days will receive a credit for exchange only.

 

Q:  What is the warranty on iCanopy canopies?
A:  Professional Level Canopies have a 5 year warranty on the frame, valid from the date of original purchase.  This warranty applies only for normal and expected uses, as determined by the manufacturer.  If you feel you have a warranty related issue, please contact us at: info@icanopy.com.
